Study On Green Space Layout Of Urban Parks In Xuzhou

As an important subsystem of the urban greening system,the urban park and green space system undertakes the functions of solving urban residential congestion problems,urban environmental beautification,air purification,residential leisure and recreation,and is an important part of the "lung of the city" and the urban ecological environment.Parks and green spaces can not only provide urban residents with ample space for recreation and communication,a reasonable and complete green space layout,but also can well improve the quality of life of residents,assist in maintaining the urban ecological balance,actively build an ecologically livable urban environment,and improve and purify the city Air quality,increase air humidity,and provide a positive and good promotion for the development and construction of an ecologically livable,harmonious and healthy society.The investigation and analysis of this paper show that there are the following problems in the layout of park green space in Xuzhou: first,the distribution pattern of park green space is not balanced,and the accessibility of park green space is relatively low;Second,the park construction can not well meet the actual needs of residents,park green space planning is unreasonable,the utilization rate is relatively low;Third,the layout structure of the park green space does not form systematic characteristics,lack of connectivity of the park green corridor,and the heat island effect of the whole city is strong;Fourth,although park greening has a good foundation,but the proportion of conservation green space is less;Fifth,the park green space distribution integrity is not strong,the rationality of green space system is poor.Therefore,in view of the above deficiencies in the layout of green space in Xuzhou park,this paper puts forward the following optimization measures for the layout of green space in xuzhou park: first,improve the spatial distribution of urban green space to alleviate the urban heat island effect;The second is to create a colorful outdoor landscape,enhance the level of the city park green space;Third,reasonable increase of park green corridor,so that the park environment further beautification;Fourth,the layout of park green space should be carried out from the use needs of urban residents to further optimize community parks;Fifth,make full use of the ecological and environmental regulation function of green space to improve the urban ecological environment.In order to make xuzhou city park green space layout optimization measures can be effectively implemented,this paper also put forward xuzhou park green space layout planning safeguard measures: first,people-oriented,the establishment of public participation evaluation and evaluation mechanism;Second,the urban park green space layout is integrated into the urban territorial space planning,forming a special plan with legal effect;The third is to establish a district level or office as a unit to implement special management and maintenance of the park green space;Four is to formulate feasible investment system and rules,strictly guarantee the capital investment of park green space construction;Fifth,the implementation of accurate talent training and absorption policies,scientific planning of urban park green space layout.
