Development Of Initiating Explosive Device Testing System

The initiating explosive device is an important part of the detonation control system.In the process of daily maintenance of initiating explosive devices,the performance parameter test of initiating explosive devices has always been an indispensable content.Among them,on-resistance and insulation resistance are important parts of the content of initiating explosive device test.This article aims to design a initiating explosive device test system consisting of a remote computer and an initiating explosive device.It has single channel and multi-channel measurement functions for conduction and insulation resistance and self-test functions.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The overall design plan of the system is proposed.The function and performance requirements of the system were clarified,the measurement mode of "remote computer + initiating explosive test devices" was established,and the overall system hardware and software scheme was proposed.2.A hardware overall scheme with "DSP + CPLD" as the control core is proposed.The hardware circuit includes a control unit circuit,an EEPROM storage circuit,a multi-channel resistance measurement circuit,a communication circuit,a decoding latch circuit,a relay drive circuit,and a relay array circuit.3.The system’s embedded testing software and remote control software design schemes are proposed.The main function of the embedded test software is to control the hardware circuit to execute the corresponding test function and feedback the test data according to the test instructions of the host computer;The remote control software is developed based on Lab Windows/CVI 2013,which mainly completes the issuance of test instructions,the processing of measurement data,the display of measurement results,and the storage and reading of measurement results.The actual test of the initiating explosive device test system developed in this subject shows that the system can realize self-check test,single test and multiple tests,and meet the design index requirements in terms of on-resistance and insulation resistance measurement accuracy.
