| The in-depth transformation of urban commercial buildings under the impact of the Internet has become an inevitable and trend.The spatial experience of commercial buildings is the core means of offline commerce for the dislocation development of online commerce and the focus of urban commercial building development.With the increasing maturity of Internet technology,its interaction with commercial buildings has deepened.The huge changes in consumption patterns,consumption needs,and consumption concerns have made changes in commercial buildings and their spaces inevitable.In this context,physical business The unique experience of consumer space has become a key focus of the development of urban commercial buildings.Clarifying the characteristics of the interaction between urban commercial buildings and the Internet in the Internet era,the form and type of consumer spatial experience perception,and proposing targeted strategies are the foundation and key means to promote urban commercial development.This research is carried out in accordance with the route of "commercial building space experiential trend-commercial building space experiential connotation and space phenomenon-commercial building space experiential design".First,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign research,using commercial building evaluation big data and mathematical statistics methods to focus on analyzing the development characteristics of the Internet in the field of commercial buildings and its interaction mode with commercial buildings.The study found that the evaluation of commercial buildings is mainly concentrated in five aspects: perception,space,format,transportation,and behavior.The relationship between the Internet and commercial buildings is manifested in the three levels of digitalization,Internet of things,and personalization.At the same time,Internetoriented commercial buildings have three new features: online and offline linkages to create new consumption scenes,diversified consumption new demands,and updated experience formats to create new consumption models.Its spatial experience is the leading direction of commercial building development.Secondly,based on the experiential form and perception of commercial building space,combined with the questionnaire survey of commercial building space experientiality,the connotation and spatial phenomenon of commercial building space experientiality are studied.Research shows that the spatial experience of commercial buildings is divided into four types: entertainment experience,aesthetic experience,educational experience,and escape experience.The spatial experience perception is mainly based on sensory perception and value perception.Finally,the study selects 11 commercial buildings in the main urban area of Changsha City as research cases for empirical research.With the connotation of spatial experience as the core,through multiple case comparative analysis and typical case analysis,it is concluded that the spatial experience of commercial buildings at this stage is in spatial organization and movement.The current status of the online model and business organization.It puts forward the design principles of the experience of commercial building space in terms of comfort principle,memory principle and recognizability,and proposes specific commercial building space experience design strategies in terms of the integration of multiple perceptions and commercial building space creation.This research focuses on the interactive effects of the Internet and urban commercial buildings,and comprehensively considers it from the perspective of architectural design,with a view to clarifying the spatial experience trend of commercial buildings under the direction of the Internet,and conducts in-depth research on the types of spatial experience and perception theory from the theoretical level.At the practical level,the principles and strategies for constructing experiential design of commercial building space are proposed.The research will enrich and perfect the urban commercial space design theory to a certain extent,and provide practical and concrete reference and reference for the experiential design of urban commercial building space. |
