| Intelligent network connection is an important application of the Internet of Things in the field of urban public transportation,and it is also the only way for the intelligent development of traffic information systems.In the field of urban public transportation,buses have become the first targets for the development of intelligent networking in major cities due to their large passenger capacity,relatively stable operating hours and relatively stable environment.At present,most cities in China have realized the intelligentization of public transportation,so the construction of an integrated public transportation operation supervision cloud control platform is of great significance to the construction of intelligent transportation systems.This thesis comes from a corporate project that the author participated in during her internship at Hik Ai Link during graduate school.As a user experience designer,the author has participated in the entire process from preliminary research,demand combing,design output,feedback iteration to project launch.The thesis first analyzes domestic direct competing products and proposes differentiated competition opportunities,and clarifies that the phased positioning of the product is to build a comprehensive cloud control platform that integrates operation scheduling and safety supervision through the principle of minimum availability;secondly,it analyzes and researches users,Facing the actual business needs of bus operators,focus on business processes,interaction touch points and emotional appeals,and propose design strategies based on four levels of controllability,interactivity,usability and natural attributes,and carry out the design practice part according to the above strategies.The solution realizes the core functions of the user role’s supervision of public transportation resources and the operation and management of the intelligent networked bus,and realizes good business interconnection and data sharing between different roles;finally,the design iteration is completed based on feedback.The thesis builds a more smart,professional and easy-to-use cloud control platform for users by combing the business process and digging out the real demands of users in work scenarios.The platform can effectively improve the work efficiency and user experience of business personnel,and get better feedback.In addition,its research methods and research paths can provide a certain reference for the user interface of intelligent transportation operation management and safety supervision systems. |
