| Pile frame is a kind of engineering machinery commonly used in modern pile foundation construction,which can carry out drilling with long auger,casing drill and other working devices.The mast is the carrier of all the working devices on the pile frame and provides reliable support for the working devices carried.In this paper,combined with the needs of enterprises,taking a certain type of hydraulic crawler pile frame as the research object,the work load of pile frame in lifting condition and drilling condition is analyzed.By simulating the loading in the finite element model for simulation analysis and field test,the mechanical properties of the column are studied.Under the premise of ensuring that the mechanical properties meet the design requirements,the lightweight structure optimization design for the mast is carried out,main work is as follows:This paper firstly introduces the structure composition and construction process of SWCH390-90 M full hydraulic crawler pile frame.According to the construction characteristics,three main working conditions of pile frame are summarized.After analyzing the three working conditions,two extreme working conditions are selected for load analysis.The three-dimensional model of the column brace mechanism was established in Inventor software and imported into ANSYS Workbench for finite element simulation analysis.The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the column brace mechanism meet the design requirements under two extreme working conditions,and there is some surplus in some areas.On the basis of ensuring that the structural strength and stiffness meet the design requirements,the structure optimization design of the mast was carried out based on the idea of equal strength design.The weight of the inclined support mechanism of the pile frame was reduced from 12.5t to11.4t,and the weight reduction ratio was close to 9%.The lightweight design of the pile frame was realized.Finally,SWCH390-90 M full hydraulic crawler pile frame was used to carry out stress test in the test site.The test results are consistent with the results of finite element simulation analysis,which effectively verifies the correctness of finite element modeling and simulation analysis.In this paper,the finite element method and experimental verification method were used to carry out the research on the mechanical properties of the pile frame,and the mechanical properties of the product were tested.On this basis,the lightweight design of the mast part was carried out,which reduced the production cost of the enterprise. |
