Design And Implementation Of Substation Operation And Maintenance Data Intelligent Analysis System

With the deepening of China’s power system reform and the continuous development of China’s economy,the residents of the power security and operational reliability of higher and higher requirements.In the power system,it is mainly divided into transmission,transformation and distribution.As the core of the power system "substation",it is an essential key link in the transmission process of the power grid,the reliable operation of substation equipment is directly related to the normal power consumption of local large area residents,so it is very important to ensure the reliable and stable operation of substation equipment.At present,the operation and maintenance personnel patrol the substation equipment mainly through infrared,live test of lightning arrester,main transformer core current test,grounding conduction test,oil test and so on,and discover the problems,defects and hidden dangers in the operation of the equipment,it is the key support basis for routine maintenance of substation equipment.Based on the actual operation and maintenance situation of the electric power company in the substation,combined with the statistical analysis of the operation and maintenance data,the advanced development technology is adopted to comprehensively compare and analyze the measurement data of the existing substation,to analyze and process test data efficiently,and extract important and key data from test data to provide reference for condition-based maintenance and ensure the healthy operation of equipment.To sum up,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)the intelligent analysis system of substation operation and maintenance data is developed under the framework of MVC by understanding the functions of the software and relevant theories and methods.In the aspect of database design and development,in this paper,the powerful SQL Server database is used to design the operation data of the system,and realize the requirement of reading and accessing the operation data.(2)using Java design language to design and develop user layer,application layer,platform layer and data layer,the functions of personnel management,information input,status analysis,trend prediction,statistical analysis and fault classification are realized.(3)by means of "Bathtub Curve" and "time series method",this paper analyzes the trend of data development and forms intelligent analysis of data development to provide basis for operation and maintenance personnel to take timely measures.At the same time,the development trend of push fault is analyzed actively to realize intelligent analysis of operation and maintenance data.
