Based on the characteristics and development trend of the operation and maintenance management of the substation in China,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the development and application of the intelligent robot for substation operation and maintenance by using the "Internet +" model.At the same time,it explores the operation and maintenance projects and related specifications in the practical application process of the substation operation and maintenance robot,which can be used for the operation and maintenance of the subsequent substation.The practical application of special special robots provides necessary technical support to improve the digital,network and intelligent level of operation and maintenance of substation,and provide safe,reliable and high quality power supply for the power users.On the basis of in-depth investigation and Analysis on the status of "Internet +"mode,intelligent operation and maintenance of substation and substation robot,the function analysis of intelligent robot for substation operation and maintenance is carried out,and the application of "Internet +" model in robot research is expounded.The intelligent operation and maintenance robot of substation mainly includes the function overview of the intelligent robot,the mobile load-bearing platform module of the robot body,the information acquisition module of the robot body,the power of the moving robot and the function analysis of the monitoring platform.Further,the design of the intelligent robot for substation operation and maintenance is carried out,including the overall system control relationship design,the design of three parts of the robot body hardware,the robot body software and the background monitoring platform,including the hardware design of the robot body,the robot weighing and the mobile mechanism,the work power supply and the information acquisition equipment.The load carrying cloud platform is analyzed and designed.The main control system structure,the function realization method of the power supply system and the design of the background monitoring platform are given.The design of the backstage monitoring platform mainly includes the function design of the monitoring platform,the information security protection,and the network communication(third chapters).The topic highlights the "Internet +" model,which highlights the organic integration and deep interconnection of network and robot detection terminals.For the first time,a system of intelligent operation and maintenance of intelligent substation is put forward.The use of single station and centralized use of two modes of intelligent robot for substation operation and maintenance can be used.The operation and maintenance environment and inspection cycle under the conditions of routine inspection,comprehensive inspection,special patrol and special inspection are studied in the two modes,and data conclusion based on a large amount of practice is obtained.The research on the robot operation and maintenance inspection project is carried out in depth.From three aspects of infrared thermal image detection,visible light detection and sound detection,26 kinds of equipment,such as oil immersion transformer(reactor),circuit breaker,isolation switch and series compensation device,are studied and analyzed one by one,and the specific inspection items are given.And inspection standards.At the same time,the application of robot in abnormal handling of substation operation and maintenance and auxiliary checking of switching operation are systematically explored,and the technical specifications are given.The core breakthroughs of this subject are as follows:First,the system completes the function analysis of intelligent robot for power transformation operation and maintenance,which provides a key and prominent direction for research and design.The two is to highlight the organic integration of the robot body and the monitoring platform,and provide useful exploration for the application of the "Internet +" model in the power production.Thirdly,the project of operation and maintenance of intelligent robot for power transformation is put forward for the first time,which provides important basis for the application of robot in power transformation operation and maintenance.Fourthly,it highlights the high efficiency and high quality application of robot in substation operation and maintenance,which plays an important role in promoting intelligent operation and maintenance management of substation.
