At present,my country’s information technology has been continuously developed.However,compared with developed countries in terms of resource management of power enterprises,my country is relatively late,and it is difficult to effectively control management costs.At the same time,my country’s current electric power companies also have problems such as uneven resource allocation and insufficient production efficiency in terms of material allocation.Therefore,the electric power companies how can actively explore material resource management system solutions that are in line with their own development based on actual conditions to reduce management costs and improve management efficiency are the main points of current research.This thesis uses the Internet as an opportunity to build a power enterprise material management system suitable for current development needs.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the relevant data of power companies,selects the My SQL database as the basis of system development for the data types and characteristics.Through literature and market research,it determines the needs of the power company’s material relationship development process;Secondly,through the study of Java EE technology,the basic development framework of enterprise material management system,SSH,is determined.Considering the privacy of enterprise internal data,during the development of the system,the RSS encryption algorithm was used for data encryption to enhance the security of enterprise data.At the same time,in order to further improve the safety performance of the system,the system uses the RBAC principle in the development process to guide the assignment of permissions to different operation managers;then,in the system testing phase,this thesis uses different testing methods to verify the stability of the enterprise management system and related functional modules.By analyzing the test results,it is found that the test results of 4350 test cases are in line with expectations.From the algorithm level,this paper compares and analyzes the experimental results before and after the improvement of the Pick-KX equalization algorithm in the experiment.The experimental results show that the use of genetic algorithm to optimize the Pick-KX equalization algorithm can significantly improve the overall performance of the system and shorten the response time of the server.Thereby improving the operating efficiency of the system..In summary,the basic power enterprise material management system designed in this thesis contains six functional modules.It can monitor the materials stored in the enterprise in real time,so as to ensure the timeliness of material allocation and distribution under special circumstances.By using genetic algorithm to optimize the Pick-KX load balancing algorithm,the efficiency of the system can be further improved.The construction of the system has the following aspects of practical significance :(1)the management of power enterprises to strengthen the norms;(2)the business capacity of power enterprises is improved;(3)the management performance of power enterprises is improved;(4)the management efficiency of power enterprises has been improved.
