Receiving materials is a process in which the supplier sends raw materials to the warehouse according to the purchase order,while transferring is the process in which materials are allocated from the logistics center to the factory.However,with the emergence of new factories,logistics centers and new products,factories will require suppliers to send raw materials to different factories or logistics centers under different organizations in batches,as well as the time consumption of supplier delivery and logistics cost consumption,etc.These factors have directly led to more and more complex management of the entire supply chain,and often lead to difficulties in delivery due to shortage of raw materials.In order to solve this problem,this thesis designs and implements a factory’s receiving and transferring materials system.In the factory production process of the electronic manufacturing enterprise,according to user-defined raw material demand,etc.and the existing factory supply,the part of demand that cannot be met by current supply will be calculated by the receiving materials subsystem,and these demands are to be received,that is,the supplier’s specific delivery information,which includes the name of material,the quantity,the delivery time,and the delivery location,etc.The system adopts the architecture of separation of front and back ends.The whole system is based on the back-end framework of Spring Boot.It selects My SQL database,uses My Batis-Plus as the persistence layer framework,and uses Redis to implement caching.The implementation of timing tasks depends on the Quartz framework.The front end uses the Vue framework,and data exchanges between services through Restful API.The factory’s receiving and transferring materials system can effectively issue delivery instructions to suppliers based on the existing needs of the factory,and automatically allocate materials from the logistics center to the required factories.By controlling this production plan,the inventory burden and logistics cost of the factory are reduced,and the probability of downtime caused by the shortage of production materials in the factory is reduced.In addition,the receiving allocation system also supports the allocation between factories,ensuring that the factory’s short-and medium-term production is not short of materials and meeting customer needs,effectively reducing factory production cycles,logistics costs and raw material waste,and improving on-time delivery rate.
