At present,many cities in China are strengthening the construction of rail transit infrastructure.As the key equipment in tunnel construction,shield machine has greatly promoted the development of urban rail transit.However,there are many internal equipment of shield machine,so it is necessary to monitor the safety of shield machine,especially to evaluate the health status of the core components of the shield machine.It can timely predict the equipment that is about to fail,and accurately warn the potential fault information of the equipment,then reduce the number of times that the shield machine stops due to work failure and reduce the construction cost and bring economic benefits.Based on the in-depth study of the working mechanism,main structure and function of the shield machine,the object of real-time monitoring of the shield machine is determined,that is,the core components which have great influence on the construction progress of the shield machine are given priority.This paper studies the shield equipment parameters that need realtime monitoring,and standardizes and effectively processes the parameter data,which is ready for data analysis and parameter monitoring.This paper studies the key technology of shield equipment safety monitoring,and according to the system function analysis,studies the structure and function modules of shield equipment safety monitoring system,designs a set of software interface of shield equipment safety monitoring system,and introduces the functions and applications of each block in detail.Finally,through the hidden Markov model(hidden Markov model)Model(HMM)algorithm and tunneling parameter analysis method,on the basic of safety monitoring of shield equipment,aiming at the relevant monitoring parameters,taking the shield cutter head as an example,the health status evaluation model of the core components of the shield machine is established to evaluate the development trend of the shield cutter head health status.Simulation and actual test of MATLAB show that the evaluation results of the model are more accurate.
