Bearings are widely used parts in machinery industry.The design and selection of bearings are a part of mechanical design.The current mechanical design work requires designers to refer to the mechanical design manual and bearing knowledge data repeatedly,which not only reduces the work efficiency,but also wastes rich bearing data resources.Therefore,a bearing information management system with bearing data and bearing knowledge as the core is designed and developed in this paper,which is of great significance to the improvement of designers’ work efficiency and the efficient utilization of bearing data resources.The main work of this paper is to design and implement the back end part of the bearing information management system.The main work is as follows:(1)Combined with the requirements of the enterprise and the system,the overall function of the system was defined,the back-end architecture of the system was designed,and the system was divided into four functional modules of user management,information management,bearing management and system management,and the life calculation system.The specific business functions of each module were described and the business operation process of the system was analyzed.(2)The system database was designed and constructed by using Py Charm tool and MySQL database,and the extensibility of the system was improved by establishing the bearing field table to expand the bearing table,and then the system database was optimized by using caching and setting indexes.(3)Completes the design and implementation of the business logic of each module of the system,uses the Swagger interface tool to realize the dynamic generation and visualization of the interface of each module,expands the RBAC authority management model,and adds actions to refine the authority operation between the user role and the authority menu.Finally,use Swagger and Seige tools to test the function and performance of the system module interface.(4)The influencing factors and calculation methods of the rolling bearing life calculation were studied.The Tkinter tool built in Python was used to complete the design and development of the rolling bearing correction life calculation system,and the life calculation verification test was carried out.The system test results show that the system business function logic is normal;The performance of the system meets the needs of enterprises and meets the requirements of design and use.
