Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of contemporary society,people’s pace of life is also speeding up,the high intensity of work and the intensification of workplace competition make the office staff under great workplace pressure,excessive pressure will affect the physical and mental health of the office staff will also reduce the work efficiency of the office staff.With the increasing pressure in the workplace,people are in urgent need of finding a way to release pressure and adjust their emotions.Entertainment products can provide pleasant experience and entertainment functions,and users can feel relaxed and happy in the process of using them.Using entertainment products in office space for office workers with negative emotions and psychological pressure can effectively regulate users’ emotions and relieve pressure.How to make the decompression function of entertainment products better meet the needs of users is worth studying,but there are not many studies on entertainment products in office space at present.Along with the development of the people-oriented design concept,the user’s consumption began to tend to personalized needs satisfaction,office space,the product also pay more and more attention to the personalized design,modular design can realize office space under the entertainment product individuation and diversity of demand,promote the innovation of office space under the entertainment products.Based on this background,this paper,guided by the modular design theory and relying on the modular design method,analyzes the office space and analyzes the function,shape,color and material of the entertainment products under the existing office space in the market.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative user research methods,conduct a preliminary survey to obtain user needs.Based on the preliminary investigation,a fuzzy Kano model was established for the functional requirements,and the functional requirements were divided into the necessary attribute requirements,the desired attribute requirements and the charming attribute requirements.Then from the perspective of user needs,Angle of the limitations of existing products and enterprises need to Angle discusses modularity in the necessity of entertainment products design under the office space,according to market research and customer investigation conclusion is put forward under the office space of modular entertainment products humanized principle,ease of use,principle and function diversity,individuation principle and interest.Product function analysis is carried out based on user functional requirements,and functional modules are divided according to main functions,secondary functions and auxiliary functions,The module connection mode and the application of module materials are analyzed.On this basis,the theoretical research is applied to design practice,and four product schemes are designed,and the SD method is used to evaluate the design schemes.The final product scheme is selected for further development,and the scheme is evaluated by the method of user satisfaction survey.The design practice further proves the feasibility of putting forward ideas.It is concluded that modular design basically meets the functional requirements of users for products,and has certain guiding significance for the design of entertainment products in office space,which can be studied as a way of entertainment product design.
