| In the era of Industry 4.0,how to shape a unique product shape in the process of product design so that it can meet its recognition and personalized consumer needs has become a problem that needs to be studied.In the field of design method research,the appearance research of the product family lacks rational support and cannot integrate all appearance elements.Moreover,related products of the product family have not yet solved the contradiction between appearance continuity and innovation in design.The innovative design of the family relies entirely on the designer’s subjective and perceptual understanding to unfold,without the participation of users,resulting in the whole design process is full of ambiguity and uncertainty.At present,most researches are devoted to the acquisition of user’s perceptual needs in product design,and the research on user’s perceptual needs in product family is relatively lacking.This paper takes product family shape optimization design as the main study object and researches product family shape gene coding,extraction,and clustering based on user perceptual image evaluation.Analogous to the concept of an ethnic group with distinctive cultural characteristics in a larger social system,the concept of the product family is introduced.Starting from the typical samples of the product family,obtain the appearance characteristics of the product family,based on the centroid samples of the specific style of the product family,extract and code the shape genes through the binary tree curve coding method,combine the perceptual image evaluation matrix of the key characteristics of the shape genes,and cluster the different Product family classification and optimization under style imagery;based on product family samples with specific shape characteristics for verification,selection of shape genes that meet the user’s specific perceptual image needs;based on perceptual image and shape semantic evaluation,expand based on shape semantic features User research at the level,to obtain subdivision information of user’s perceptual image needs,starting from the expansion and optimization of shape design,propose an integrated product family typical shape gene optimization design method based on self-organizing neural network model clustering,and introduce KT series sports shoes The case finally shows the feasibility of this method.Example application the contribution degree of the shape optimization design plan is obtained by extracting,coding,and clustering the shape gene of the folk fabrics in eastern Hubei Province,combined with the user’s perceptual needs and applied to the design of cultural sports shoes,thus forming a distinctive style and product family Continuing design scheme style of folk fabrics in eastern Hubei Province.This subject has done a lot of research work on the shape gene extraction and clustering optimization scheme of the product family.The research results show that the optimization design of the product family in innovation,evolution,iteration,and evolution,etc.,effectively improves the shape optimization based on the user’s perceptual image the agility of the system achieves a relatively satisfactory design effect,which further verifies the feasibility of the optimized design scheme. |
