At present,the number of bridge projects across waters in China is increasing.When building bridges across the water,construction bridges must be built.The traditional construction bridges are mostly pile foundation bridges,which are carried on the bedrock under the water by pile foundation,the construction difficulty and cost of which increases significantly with the width and depth of the water.At the same time,the traditional pile foundation will also bring adverse effects on the water environment.In order to solve the adverse impact of traditional construction bridges on the surrounding water environment and soil,reduce construction costs and speed up bridge construction,this paper combines traditional pile foundation bridges with floating bridges and suspension tunnels,and proposes a new form of construction bridges-suspension construction bridges based on its own invention patent.Taking a construction bridge attached to a special bridge in a reservoir area in Jinan City,Shandong Province as the actual background of the project,the engineering feasibility analysis of the suspension construction bridge was carried out.(1)With reference to suspension tunnels,floating bridges and other related projects,the composition and characteristics of suspension construction bridges are described and analyzed,the components of standard sections of suspension construction bridges are introduced in detail,and the design principles and requirements of each component are summarized for the design of suspension construction bridges for different projects.(2)Based on the design principles of each component,a single segmental model of a small suspension construction bridge was designed,and finite element analysis of it was carried out to analyze the deformation and cable force distribution of it when subjected to various levels of loading.A model test of the segmental model was also conducted to verify the correctness of the finite element model based on the solid degenerate plate and shell unit theory in the finite element analysis of the suspension construction bridge and the feasibility of the suspension construction bridge.(3)Taking the engineering data of a special bridge attached to a reservoir area in Jinan City,Shandong Province as the background,a example model was established by combining the design principles and requirements of each component of the suspension bridge.Through the force analysis and scheme selection,the material of the buoyant member-floating tube is finally determined.The stress-strain conditions of different construction machinery loads on the single section under the normal use limit state and the load carrying capacity limit state are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the suspended construction bridge in engineering.
