In our country,particularly in recent years,with the continuous economic develo pment and the rising of the living standards.The necessity of vehicle maintenance is also recognized by vehicle owners with the popularity of vehicles and the growth of vehicle service life.Automobile maintenance has become more and more important in the whole automobile industry,and has huge market potential.In recent years,with more and more perfect policies,regulations and market supervision,the monopoly situation of 4S shops in the maintenance market has been broken,and independent maintenance companies have participated in the competition in an increasingly fair market environment,which has led to the rapid development of the automobile maintenance industry.In China,there have emerged national automobile maintenance service platforms such as auto Superman and Tuhu car;Sichuan Jingdian automobile and other regional automobile maintenance enterprises;Xiaoli tire repair,Ping’an good car owners,black shark car wash beauty and other professional car service enterprises;And a large number of roadside repair shops.These auto repair and maintenance shops have their own advantages and disadvantages,and no enterprise has the ability to monopolize the market.However,the auto repair and maintenance enterprises continue to integrate and concentrate on the head enterprises,and form several large auto chain repair and maintenance enterprises in the country is the development trend.Therefore,only by continuous innovation and enhancement of competitiveness,can automobile maintenance enterprises avoid being eliminated or merged in the future development.Taking Yunnan C automobile maintenance company as the research object,on the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literature,combined with strategic management theory,competitive strategy theory and differentiation strategy theory,in this paper,PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces model are used to analyze the internal and external environment and industry environment of the company;This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze and explore the opportunities and threats faced by the company in its business practice,as well as its own advantages and disadvantages,and connecting with more than 10 years of business practice experience of C company,puts forward the competitive strategic positioning and implementation path of Yunnan C automobile maintenance company.Through research and analysis,this paper holds that: first,the choice of competitive strategy.Yunnan C automobile repair and maintenance company continues to play the characteristics of one-stop chain maintenance,taking steadily expanding the business scale,promoting the enterprise brand and enhancing the company’s competitiveness as the first priority,making use of its own advantages,seizing external opportunities,adopting differentiated competitive strategy,providing differentiated services to meet market demand and forming core competitiveness.The implementation guarantee of competitive strategy.In order to ensure the implementation of differentiation competition strategy of Yunnan C automobile maintenance company,the company should do a good job in the following aspects.First,in the innovation strategy of operation and management mechanism,we should improve the internal management system and clarify the division of labor;Improve the rules and regulations of automobile maintenance chain enterprises;Innovating franchise mode and expanding brand influence;We need to accelerate the intensive layout,build our own platform,and realize the efficient drainage of entrance services.Second,in terms of corporate culture strategy,we should establish a butler corporate culture,promote butler service,implement standardized workflow,strengthen humanized service,and provide differentiated product services for consumers.Third,in terms of human resource strategy,we should deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,establish the recruitment and training management system,and adopt diversified employee incentive mechanism and shared talent management mechanism,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and improve work efficiency.Fourth,in terms of business development,we should actively explore and grasp the establishment of supply chain system,deepen the auto insurance business,and gradually expand the second-hand car,auto finance,auto training and education,and auto scrap recycling business,so as to improve the company’s industrial chain and expand the business scale.Fifthly,in terms of marketing strategies,we should pay attention to advertising,actively promote the brand image of the company,and ensure the further development of the company.Sixth,in terms of security strategy,it is necessary to improve the company’s information construction,and constantly explore and improve the online and offline mode;We should change the shortage of single source of funds and constantly realize the diversification of sources of funds;The state and the industry should issue policies,regulations and industry standards in time to guide the people to attach importance to vocational education and respect skilled talents,so as to make automobile maintenance workers have a sense of respect,gain and happiness.
