Quality Control Research Of QGC Apartment For The Aged

With the continuous advancement of market economy,the project quality has become the key factor to keep construction enterprise to be succeeded.At present,related research and practical exploration of culture elderly-supporting form are relatively few in domestic,and the research of quality control in apartment for the aged is rare at the same time.The purpose of this paper is to research the principle of project quality control and realize the requirements of culture elderly-supporting form's research,according to QGC elderly apartment education and teaching,and public old-age support demand,combined with the basic principle of building engineering construction quality management,to analysis the influence factors of quality control in elderly apartment projects,and from the project preparation,implementation,completion of three stages to analysis QGC elderly apartment building project quality management and control.In the meanwhile,this paper make use of the relevant data of QGC elderly apartment project to establish a complete project quality control and evaluation index system,and judge the overall quality condition,on this basis to build project quality control system,and project quality control measures are also put forward.This paper applies relevant quality management theories to QGC elderly apartment project,ensures the project would operate smoothly,and for quality control of similar project practice has the very high reference value.
