Abstract/Summary:
The adjustment of railway freight car routing is a key link in transportation organization,which has an important impact on excavating the potential of railway network resources,improving the efficiency and benefit of railway freight traffic organization and enhancing the competitiveness of freight market.In recent years,with the development of marketization of railway transportation,customers’ requirements on railway cargo transportation such as timeliness,logistics cost and cargo safety have gradually increased.Optimizing freight car routing and reducing customers’ overall logistics costs have become an important part of railway supply-side structural reform.Under the influence of the national industrial structure optimization,transportation structure adjustment and other major policies,the volume,scale and regional distribution of railway freight car flow have undergone great changes.The volume of bulk and container cargo volume has increased year by year,the distribution of car flow tends to be concentrated,and the average distance of car flow keeps changing.In addition,with the continuous expansion of the railway network and the continuous optimization of the station structure,the network infrastructure and mobile equipment capacity has been significantly enhanced.Therefore,in the situation that both the internal and external environment have changed significantly,taking into account various factors affecting the selection of car flow routing,studying the optimization and evaluation technology of traffic flow path under multidimensional factors.It has positive theoretical and practical significance to support the efficient management and decision-making of car flow routing,implementing the national requirements for cost reduction and efficiency increase in the transportation industry.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the development status of railway freight and the characteristics of car flow distribution,and puts forward the optimization demand of freight car flow routing.Secondly,the internal and external key factors affecting the selection of car flow routing are analyzed.By improving the existing arc-road model,the optimization model of car flow routing under multiple factors is established.Finally,the research puts forward the car flow routing evaluation technology under the condition of multiple factors,and the specific research content is divided into the following aspects.(1)Expounds the main characteristics of the distribution of loaded and unloaded railway car flow,summarizes the configuration and capacity status of the main railway line channels,technical stations and locomotive and rolling stock equipment,analyzes the current competition situation of railway freight,and puts forward the optimization demand of railway car flow routing under the new situation.(2)Analyzes the main factors that affecting the selection of car flow routing from multiple aspects,sorts out the typical theoretical methods of current car flow routing optimization,summarizes the characteristics and applicability of each method,and the arc-road model is improved and perfected,so as to build the car flow routing optimization model based on multiple factors,and the corresponding solving steps are put forward.(3)The evaluation index system of car flow routing scheme is constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation method based on Vague set-Topsis method is proposed aiming at the fuzzy and uncertain characteristics of the index value.It can provide theoretical basis for the evaluation decision of car flow routing scheme.(4)The regional railway network structure with Shanghai Railway Bureau Group as the core is constructed,and the model is applied to realize regional raiway network car flow routing optimization scheme quickly generate.Then,the feasibility of the model is verified by comparative analysis and comprehensive evaluation with the existing scheme from multiple dimensions.In this paper,the optimization adjustment and evaluation technology of traffic path under multi-factor conditions is established,which can provide theoretical and technical support for overall optimization of traffic path and comprehensive evaluation of traffic path scheme under complex road network conditions.
