With the continuous improvement of the production and technical conditions of human society,the production capacity of various industries has shown explosive growth,and the task of railway freight volume has also been greatly improved.Therefore,for the railway transportation department,improving the efficiency of locomotive maintenance,ensuring the quality and safety of locomotive and ensuring the high cycle speed of locomotive have become the main task objectives of the locomotive maintenance department.Combined with the actual situation of Taiyuan locomotive depot of Taiyuan Bureau Group Company,By combing and analyzing some control circuit faults of SS4 G electric locomotive,the main freight model,the three key points of fault phenomenon,fault judgment condition and fault cause are expressed in the form of fault tree,the electrical line fault analysis method based on fault tree is proposed,and the fault diagnosis expert system of SS4 G electric locomotive is designed and developed,The system replaces the traditional fault diagnosis process with the logical model of the fault tree through the fault tree analysis method,designs and develops the reasoning process based on rule representation by using computer and Java language,and finally realizes the objectives of rapid diagnosis,efficient reasoning,convenient storage and expansion of knowledge base,which plays a practical role in locomotive maintenance.This paper includes five key contents:1.the control process principle of SS4 G electric locomotive control loop is briefly introduced;2.The fault analysis and general judgment and treatment methods of control circuit are expounded;3.According to the characteristics of the control loop,the general fault tree is established,and the problems of the general fault tree are analyzed and solved through the introduction of binary fault tree;4.The knowledge base and reasoning mechanism are designed and constructed in combination with the foregoing;5.Under the Java language development environment,design and compile the SS4 G electric locomotive fault diagnosis system program and carry out visual display.Starting from reality,the system can realize the matching of fault phenomena and causes,fault diagnosis,data display,maintenance,export and printing,including the basic functional elements of the fault diagnosis system,which is convenient for maintenance operators to quickly troubleshoot locomotive faults.At the same time,the record of locomotive resume is added to ensure that each fault of each locomotive can be recorded and fully master the locomotive status information.
