Data assets are the core strategic resources of railway informatization development,and their management efficiency directly affects the economic benefits of railway.At present,railway data assets are complex and diverse,and it is difficult to achieve information transparency of data assets in various professional fields of railway,resulting in varying degrees of data hoarding and many data island problems,which greatly affects the efficient use of railway data assets.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on data assets sharing,promote the orderly internal and external flow of data assets,fully release the value of data assets.This paper takes the sharing technology of railway data assets as the research object,deeply analyzing data sharing standards,sharing security,sharing efficiency issues,combing theories and technologies such as blockchain,data assets value assessment,access control,and consensus algorithms,proposing the railway data assets sharing scheme based on blockchain to achieve equivalent,safe and efficient sharing of railway data assets.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By summarizing the characteristics of railway data assets,analyze the factors affect the value of railway data assets,and put forward a dynamic evaluation index system for the value of railway data assets from three aspects: data cost,data inherent value,and data flow value.At the same time,an evaluation model combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)is constructed,using the index system to realize quantitative and dynamic evaluation,and experiments proved that the model has dynamic and accuracy.(2)Sort out the security requirements in the railway data assets sharing scenario,and propose the blockchain data access control model based on attribute elements to ensure the access security and storage security of data assets during the sharing process,and compare with other models to prove that the model has fine-grained,dynamic,autonomous authorization,and decentralization.(3)In the consensus link,with the characteristics of railway data assets sharing scenarios,improve the shortcomings of Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerant(PBFT),and propose the Reliability PBFT algorithm(R-PBFT).Simulation experiments show that the algorithm has the advantages of low latency and high throughput,and can achieve more efficient consensus.
