Enterprise manufacturing processing and assembly problems,comprehensive scheduling is the process of the constraints of the relationship between the use of the product processing tree form,said there was no difference in the processing and assembly operations can be converted to product process.Comprehensive control of existing research,the integrated scheduling problem based on the differences of processing environment is divided into single workshop,workshop and workshop integrated scheduling problem,which for more flexible workshop integrated scheduling research is less.Aiming at flexible composite scheduling problem only consider working procedure in the process of machining need only a processing device for processing,did not consider working procedure in machining need two sets of processing equipment in the process of collaboration,therefore,this article focuses on considering the double equipment together more flexible workshop scheduling problem.For considering double synergy of flexible equipment integrated scheduling problem,the first will be ordered schedulable procedure set,in order to solve the collaborative process processing equipment have been affected by occupy the collaborative process delay in processing the problem of scheduling results,based on collaborative process driven strategy of device drivers,the device driver moment priority scheduling can be centralized collaborative process scheduling process;In view of the conflict of pre-scheduling process between two equipment,the strategy of equipment cross selection is adopted to make the equipment finish machining as soon as possible.An example shows that the proposed algorithm can make full use of idle equipment and shorten the product completion time,and the algorithm complexity is low.In order to solve the problem of how to allocate the resources of the same equipment,a flexible comprehensive scheduling algorithm considering the cooperation of two equipment was proposed.When the pre-scheduling process is a double-equipment collaborative process,the two-workshop collaborative drive strategy is adopted.According to the available state of idle equipment group,it can be divided into three cases,and the scheduling of processing equipment in the prescheduling process under different conditions is considered.Finally,according to the workshop selection strategy,the workshop migration was reduced and the production efficiency was improved without affecting the processing time.An example shows that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment,reduce the number of workshop migration,and achieve good scheduling effect.In the process of multi-shop scheduling,not only the processing equipment and the processing sequence of flexible processes,but also the workshop migration should be considered.In order to solve the above problems,a collaborative process priority strategy was proposed to further improve the parallelism and shorten the product processing time on the basis of the priority scheduling of collaborative processes in Chapter 4.An example shows that the proposed algorithm effectively utilizes idle time of equipment,improves parallelism and shortens product completion time.
