The internationalization of production and markets and the transformation and upgrading of consumer demand have made enterprises face increasingly severe competition. How to reduce manufacturing costs and increase production efficiency has become a concern for enterprises.Workshop scheduling,as a basic form of enterprise bottom production resource allocation,The higher the attention. At present, workshop scheduling is mainly developed in the direction of multi-resources,multi-objectives,flexibility,and dynamics to adapt to changes in the production environment of the enterprise.Among them, how to integrate the two resources of processing resources and transportation resources is one of the current research directions. How to establish an effective and reasonable dual-resource integrated scheduling model and achieve dual-resource integrated scheduling from a distributed mode is of great significance and engineering application value for enriching scheduling theory and guiding enterprise workshop production. This paper is different from centralized resource scheduling. It adopts a distributed method and uses multi-agent MAS(Multi Agent System)technology to study the problem of integrated scheduling of double resources in the workshop. The dual resource integrated scheduling model is designed, and the dual resource integrated scheduling algorithm based on the two-stage contract network protocol is proposed. At the same time, the path planning algorithm in the AGV scheduling process is researched and improved and experimentally verified, and finally based on the JADE platform The simulation program is designed and verified by experiment.Firstly,it analyzes the shortcomings of the current research on the dual resource scheduling problem in the workshop.Through the analysis of Agent and MAS theory,it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of using MAS theory to study the dual resource integrated scheduling.Aiming at the shortcomings of single mapping form in traditional MAS modeling and the requirement of dual resource integrated scheduling,a dual resource integrated scheduling model based on MAS is established;Secondly, unlike the traditional centralized resource scheduling, distributed scheduling is adopted, each resource has autonomy, thus avoiding the disadvantages of centralized scheduling, and can better adapt to the dynamic resource optimization environment.therefore.The paper selects the contract network protocol as the agent negotiation mechanism, and proposes improvements for the traditional contract network protocol, such as long waiting time and large communication volume. On the basis of improving the contract network protocol,a dualresource integrated scheduling algorithm based on the two-stage contract network protocol is proposed.,And describes the negotiation process and related details of the algorithm in detail; Then, the path planning algorithm of AGV in the process of dual resource integration scheduling is studied, and the traditional A* algorithm has many vertices and low search efficiency. It proposes a dynamic weighted A* algorithm for AGV path planning. And carried out experimental simulation and verification of algorithm improvement; Finally, based on the JADE platform and database technology, the dual resource integrated scheduling model is implemented.Based on the simulation program, the effectiveness of the scheduling model and scheduling algorithm is verified by designing relevant experiments.
