This dissertation starts with the electromagnetic design of the 18.5k W synchronous reluctance motor(Syn RM)with 4 poles and 48 slots,and gradually develops the overall design of the motor for the purpose of reducing torque ripple.First,optimize the design of the end of the rotor magnetic barrier,and then change it into a Permanent assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMa Syn RM)by adding permanent magnets to the rotor magnetic barrier.Analyze the effect of permanent magnet addition position and rotor magnetic barrier deflection on the performance of the motor,and in-depth research and study the origin of PMa Syn RM and the optimization design method.First of all,according to the performance requirements of Syn RM,the electromagnetic design of Syn RM is carried out,and the main dimensions of the motor,the size of the stator punching piece,the slot type,and the winding form are determined.Then the structure and number of layers of the rotor magnetic barrier are simulated and compared,a suitable rotor magnetic barrier structure is selected,and the parameters of the overall design model are determined.Secondly,to reduce the torque ripple as the optimization goal,the end of the Syn RM rotor magnetic barrier was deflected toward or away from the centerline of the magnetic barrier,and seven deflection schemes were proposed,giving the optimal deflection angle and deflection radius,and comparing the electromagnetic performance of the seven schemes.Take one of the schemes as an example to study the tangential and radial components and mechanical strength of the air gap magnetic density waveform before and after the deflection and its harmonics.From the phase relationship between the tooth harmonics and the fundamental wave,the mechanism of the deflection of the end of the magnetic barrier on the torque ripple and electromagnetic performance of the motor is analyzed.Finally,neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets were added to the Syn RM rotor magnetic barrier,and 15 different magnetic barrier layers were proposed for adding permanent magnets.In order to ensure high-efficiency performance such as high torque and low torque pulsation,while saving costs,the optimal addition scheme was selected to complete the design of PMa Syn RM.Then choose one of the permanent magnet addition schemes,and follow the improvement method of the Syn RM rotor to deflect the end of the rotor magnetic barrier.Analyze the changes of air gap magnetic density waveform,harmonic amplitude,harmonic phase,and cogging torque before and after the improvement,and study the influence of the deflection of the end of the magnetic barrier on the performance of PMaSynRM. |
