| Under the background of global warming and rapid urbanization,urban waterlogging disasters have become one of the major meteorological disasters affecting the life safety of urban residents,social order stability and high-quality economic development.Affected by the humid subtropical monsoon climate,Chengdu has frequent rainstorms in summer and autumn,especially persistent large-scale rainstorms and concentrated heavy rainstorms.In addition,the urban terrain is in a "pot bottom depression" style,and the water network distribution pattern It is "one city and four regions",which can easily lead to frequent occurrence of waterlogging disasters,which not only affects industrial and agricultural production and causes serious economic losses,but also greatly threatens the safety of people’s lives.As a very urgent basic work,the risk assessment of urban waterlogging disasters has been paid more and more attention by people.Scientific assessment of urban waterlogging disaster risks and targeted preventive preparations are of great significance to ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property and promoting sustainable national economic development.This paper takes the central urban area of Chengdu,Sichuan Province as the research object,from the formation mechanism of urban waterlogging as the breakthrough point,combined with the existing relevant research foundations at home and abroad,to establish a risk assessment index system from four aspects,including the risk of hazard factors,pregnancy The sensitivity of the disaster environment,the vulnerability of the disasterbearing environment,and the effectiveness of emergency response capabilities.The method innovation was carried out on the weight calculation process of the matterelement model,the principal component analysis method was introduced,and the index weight was objectively assigned with the help of SPSS software,and an urban waterlogging disaster risk assessment model based on matter-element extension was constructed.VB)programming implementation.Finally,using GIS technology to carry out zoning analysis on the risk assessment results,the main research contents are as follows:(1)An urban waterlogging disaster risk assessment model is constructedBased on the existing research results at home and abroad,starting from the formation mechanism of urban waterlogging,and based on the principle of index selection,this paper establishes an urban waterlogging disaster risk assessment index system.weight value.Then,the extenics theory is introduced,and its idea of solving contradictions and incompatibility problems is used to establish a risk assessment model for urban waterlogging disasters based on matter-element extension.(2)The risk assessment of waterlogging disasters in the central urban area of Chengdu was carried outThe constructed evaluation model is used to comprehensively evaluate the waterlogging disaster risk in the central urban area of Chengdu,determine the classical domain and section domain required for the waterlogging risk assessment in the central urban area of Chengdu,and determine the units to be assessed.The comprehensive correlation degree of the 13 areas in the central urban area of Chengdu is calculated by the model correlation function formula,and finally the risk level of each area is determined according to the principle of maximum membership.(3)The analysis of waterlogging disaster risk zoning in the central urban area of Chengdu was carried outA radar chart is used to display the membership level of each index’s correlation degree.Combined with GIS spatial analysis technology,through the comparative analysis of various influencing factors,explore their internal connections,differences and changing laws,find out the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of waterlogging disasters in the central urban area of Chengdu,and draw a grading zoning map for waterlogging disasters in the central urban area of Chengdu. |
