| With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and population growth,people pay more and more attention to the social and environmental impact caused by urban domestic waste.How to collect and transport the growing urban domestic waste efficiently and lowcarbon has become an urgent practical problem to be solved.Urban domestic waste collection and transportation based on classification is an important link connecting the front and rear ends of waste treatment.Scientific and reasonable arrangement of collection and transportation methods and vehicle scheduling optimization can not only improve operation efficiency and reduce operation cost,but also reduce carbon emission and protect the environment,which has important practical significance.Starting from the practical needs of domestic waste collection and transportation in small and medium-sized cities,this paper constructs a green and low-carbon collection and transportation vehicle scheduling and route optimization model,designs three heuristic algorithms to solve the optimization model,and determines the optimal vehicle scheduling and route optimization scheme through comparison,so as to provide theoretical support for scientific and efficient waste classification and transportation.The main research contents and results of this paper are reflected in the following aspects:(1)Study on the current situation of urban domestic waste collection and transportation.This paper makes a detailed study on the collection and transportation mode of urban domestic waste,discusses the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of various garbage collection and transportation modes,and analyzes the current collection and transportation mode,future collection and transportation trend and main problems existing in the collection and transportation process of urban domestic waste;This paper studies the current situation of garbage collection and transportation in Zhili Town,Huzhou,analyzes the existing problems of garbage collection and transportation in Zhili town based on the obtained geographical location data of garbage collection points,garbage volume data of each collection point and vehicle trajectory data,puts forward corresponding solutions,and studies and constructs a domestic garbage collection and transportation mode suitable for Zhili town.(2)Construction of green and low-carbon collection and transportation vehicle scheduling and route optimization model.Based on the waste collection and transportation mode of Zhili Town,Huzhou,and taking the fixed cost of collecting and transporting vehicles,vehicle driving cost and carbon emission cost as the minimum objective functions,the vehicle scheduling and route optimization model based on waste classification and transportation is constructed,and the solution steps of three heuristic algorithms based on improved ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are designed to solve the optimization model,The advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the three algorithms are analyzed.(3)Model application and case analysis.Based on the example of domestic waste collection and transportation in Zhili Town,Huzhou,a dynamic clustering algorithm of waste collection points based on K-means algorithm is constructed based on the geographical location and waste collection and transportation needs of each waste collection point;Based on the spatial clustering processing of waste collection points,combined with the vehicle scheduling and path optimization model and solution algorithm based on waste classification collection and transportation,the vehicle scheduling and path optimization schemes of waste collection and transportation are compared and analyzed,and the optimal collection and transportation scheme is obtained,which provides scientific and technical support for the optimization decision of waste collection and transportation route. |
