In order to save the construction cost of prefabricated buildings and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises,this thesis takes prefabricated building PC components as the research object,from the perspective of contractors,the procurement-transportation-inventory process of prefabricated building PC components is regarded as a process system,based on JIT Theory and zero inventory management theory,from the perspective of systematics,to study the problem of PC component procurement-transportation-inventory cost control in prefabricated building projects.Firstly,according to the characteristics of prefabricated building PC components,analyze the cost composition and cost influencing factors of prefabricated building PC components procurement-transportation-inventory,and use systematic thinking to analyze the relationship between cost-influencing factors,and obtain the relationship between the influencing factors.Secondly,combined with JIT theory and zero inventory theory,the procurementtransportation-inventory cost of prefabricated building PC components is analyzed,and the mathematical description of the procurement cost,transportation cost,loading and unloading cost,inventory cost and out-of-stock cost of PC components is obtained.PC component supplier selection model with uncertain factors;on this basis,determine the number of purchases,arrival time,and single purchase volume as decision variables,PC component procurement-transportation-inventory cost as the objective function,and determine the corresponding constraints Condition,build PC component procurementtransportation-inventory cost control model.Thirdly,by comparing the optimization algorithms,the salps swarm algorithm(SSA)is selected as the basic algorithm for solving this thesis.In view of the high dimension of the PC component procurement-transportation-inventory cost control model and the shortcomings of the SSA algorithm,a Gaussian-based algorithm is introduced into the SSA algorithm.The distribution mutation strategy and the adaptive follower’s position update method are proposed,and an adaptive salps swarm algorithm(MSSA)based on Gaussian mutation is proposed.Finally,select the actual case of prefabricated building as the research object,optimize the demand plan of PC components in the case,and use the PC component supplier selection model considering uncertain factors to select suppliers.The control model is solved to obtain the lowest cost and its corresponding optimal procurement plan,and a cost control strategy for implementing the optimal procurement plan is proposed.Based on the above research,the PC component supplier selection model and the prefabricated PC component procurement-transportation-inventory cost control model considering uncertain factors are obtained,and an adaptive salps swarm algorithm based on Gaussian variation is proposed.The salps swarm algorithm and the basic salps swarm algorithm were solved,and the lowest cost and the corresponding procurement plan were obtained.From the comparison of the results,it can be seen that the improved salps swarm algorithm has stronger optimization ability and higher solution accuracy,and the model and MSSA algorithm are verified practicality and effectiveness.
