Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the increase of new researched aircraft models in China,domestic digital flexible assembly system and digital flexible docking system have also made a rapid development.However,the research on high-precision and multi-joint large component docking technology is still in the early stage.This thesis mainly studies the flexible docking technology of high-precision and multi-joint in aircraft assembly.This thesis determines the difficulties and the concerns of aircraft wing and fuselage docking through the product analysis on the specific docking parts.At the same time,develop the technical scheme of the overall flexible docking technology.According to the characteristics of multi-connector and high-precision,the technical scheme stipulates the coordination relationship of butt joint from the parts manufacturing to the parts assembly,and also attain a coordination relationship for all stages of butt joint by using coordinated tools,and therefore ensure the smooth docking of aircraft wing and fuselage.Meanwhile,according to the docking environment of aircraft wings and fuselage,as well as the formulation of the docking process and the measured data conversion principle in the docking process,the flexible docking implementation system structure and the electrical control are designed to achieve the flexible docking of aircraft wing and fuselage.At the end,the simulated wing and simulated fuselage partial are used for testing and process a measured data analysis to verify the maneuverability of the whole flexible docking system.Through the subject analysis,research,design and implement,as well as the use of simulated parts for repeated test,the high-precision and multi-joint aircraft wing and fuselage flexible docking technology is verified to meet the requirement of the aircraft model.This not only lays a foundation for the development of this type of aircraft,but also provides reference experiences for the follow-up research of high-precision and multi-joint aircraft wing and fuselage flexible docking technology,which is of great significance to the subsequent application in engineering practice.
