The rapidly developing aviation industry market is an important part of promoting the development of the world economy,and it is occupying an increasing proportion in the world economy.Due to China's vast size and wide population distribution,China's aviation industry market has developed most rapidly,and there is a huge market demand for large aircraft.Traditional assembly methods have been unable to meet the production requirements of large aircraft.Digital assembly technology has emerged at the historic moment.In order to achieve accurate docking of aircraft wings and fuselage,design a set of attitude adjustment docking system with numerical control locator as hardware platform,laser tracker as measurement platform,penetrating system as experimental platform,and optimized particle swarm algorithm as coaxiality evaluation algorithm.According to the assembly requirements of different products,a reconfigurable universal CNC positioner is designed to achieve standardized production of CNC positioners.Reconfigurability means the rearrangement of the attitude control system,that is,the change of the overall layout of the CNC positioner.The commonality is that the main components of the NC positioner can be borrowed from each other,that is,the general structural design of the base component,the column component and the slide component.Standardized design of these major components,faced with the actual needs of the height of the NC positioner,you only need to design the supporting process brackets,the slider components and the column components to meet the height requirements and adjust the attitude of aircraft products.Facing the requirements of the load and stroke ofthe CNC positioner under the actual situation,it is only necessary to use the combination of the base part,the column part and the slide part on the premise of meeting the usage requirements.At the same time,the numerical control positioner ball and socket assembly is designed to realize the connection of the numerical control positioner,tooling and products before the aircraft adjusts the position.The magnetic switch is used as a closed-loop detection method to detect whether the ball head is accurately seated;The oblique wedge mechanism is used to adjust the ball head's different locking states to improve the flexibility of the ball head ball socket device in the aircraft digital assembly system;Utilizing the enlarged principle of the wedge mechanism to increase the locking force and improve the stability of the ball head and socket device in the aircraft digital assembly system.Aiming at the problems that the traditional particle swarm algorithm has too fast convergence speed,poor global search ability,and weak contrast between particles,the traditional particle swarm algorithm is optimized,the balance factor is linearly decreased,and different growth relationships are used to indicate the growth factor.The process of change is to linearly decrease the individual learning ability and linearly increase the population learning ability.Corresponding simulations are performed on the optimized particle swarm algorithm to verify the feasibility.Aiming at the difficulty of measuring the coaxiality of the hinge hole components,a set of adapters was designed.The principle of the transfer tool is axis conversion,that is,the position of the target ball on the transfer tool is measured by a laser tracker to determine the axis position of the target ball of the transfer tool.This axis is parallel to the axis of the required hinge hole system.By measuring the angle formed by the transfer tool and the workpiece,and then through spatial coordinate conversion,the spatial coordinates of the hinge hole system can be converted,that is,the coaxiality of the hinge hole system can be converted.Design a set of through-shaft system to verify the reliability of the attitude adjustment docking system.After the posture adjustment is completed,the process shaft is hammered by the air hammer through the shaft system,so that the process shaft drives the shaft to feed a small amount,and the shaft is slowly inserted into the mating wing body hinge hole system,in which a floating joint is added at the connection between the process shaft and the shaft to avoid bending of the shaft caused by rigid connection.If the rotating shaft can be fully inserted into the hinged wing body hinge hole system,the posture adjustment iscompleted,otherwise,the posture is readjusted until the shaft is completed.The application results of this item will be used in the docking of large parts such as wing fuselage.
