In the construction stage of the main beam hoisting,the main cable saddle top push has always been the focus and difficulty of control,and the value of the top push is mostly the same as the main tower when the top push.More experts and scholars have put forward "small steps fast run" and "excessive top push",but the determination of the specific value is not absolutely conclusive.This paper studied the tension of the suspension bridge and the theoretical calculation and construction control.With the Second Changshou Yangtze River as the engineering background,the main work completed and the results are as follows:(1)The feeding length of the main cable of the second Changshou Yangtze River Bridge under parabola theory and suspension line theory was calculated,and the cable stock length of the cable saddle is corrected.It is concluded that when the main length of the main cable,the length of the the length of the main cable.Since the accuracy requirement is not high for the cable adjustment relationship,the idea of using parabolic theory is proposed to guide the benchmark cable stock adjustment of the suspension bridge is correct and reasonable.(2)The paper deduced the relationship between the suspension bridge and the main cable force with the span and height difference in the hoisting stage of the steel box girder;The modeling and analysis of the Second Changshou Yangtze River is completed,The derived formula is indirectly verified by calculating the friction coefficient at the base of the main cable saddle,The calculation results can explain the mismatch between the main cable saddle and the main tower;Based on the motion of the main cable saddle and the displacement calculation,It is concluded that the top thrust of the second Changshou Yangtze River Bridge can enlarge about 1.5 times the deviation of the main tower.(3)Hooker’s law and spatial geometric relationship for the tension cable are used and based on the principle of no stress length of the main cable,and the control method of the tension of the whole process is introduced in detail.(4)A simple and effective method for the adjustment difference of cable stock is proposed to guide the adjustment of site anchor tension,which greatly simplifies the complexity of adjustment,and expounds the regulation of anchor tension during hoisting,which greatly saves the human and material input of anchor tension in construction control.
