According to the construction subsequence of zero cable saddle pre-bias suspension bridge, the main content of construction control and monitor are analyzed and applied to Lancangjiang suspension bridge. To settle the curve shape of cable during the construction of basic cable fitting, analysis iteration method based on cable mechanics is introduced in this paper, and efficiency method about adjusting the curve shape of basic cable is established.Utilizing the gray system theory, this paper amend the temperature measure tolerance reason by the electric resistance of wire as it is used. Also, using the gray system theory, according to the data of actual main tower bias occurrence after some beams construction, this paper forecast several step main tower bias which would be occur during the beam construction. Thus, the stretch-draw occasion of main tower bias will be better controlled.In addition, practical calculating method for concrete structure time deformation and shrinkage are improved when using steel chord strain gage actual measure the key section of main tower.
