| Nowadays,due to the continuous improvement of the daily life of urban residents,the demand for urban natural gas is also increasing with the improvement of the quality of life,and the natural gas is increasingly connected with people’s daily life.The transportation mode of natural gas in urban environment is mostly pipeline transportation.However,pipeline is prone to leakage accidents due to various reasons,so the safety of pipeline operation has become the focus of urban management.In order to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline,this paper designs a natural gas pipeline leakage monitoring system based on NB-IoT wireless transmission technology.This system not only uses the related technologies of Internet of Things,sensors and cloud platform to obtain the environmental parameters near the pipeline in real time and accurately,but also flexibly applies the environmental information monitored by sensors to the leakage algorithm,thus realizing the remote monitoring of the natural gas pipeline.The work of the system design is as follows:According to the requirements of the system,the hardware acquisition terminal of the system realizes the remote data transmission by using the characteristics of high coverage and low power of NB-IoT technology.Hardware design of acquisition terminal includes STM32 main control module,sensor module and NB-IoT communication module.The software design of the terminal includes the design of the main application program,the software design of the terminal acquisition node and the communication design of BC26.The acquisition terminal is mainly responsible for real-time acquisition of temperature and humidity information,natural gas concentration information and vibration signals,and transmits the acquired data to the monitoring platform through NB-IoT technology according to the communication protocol between the terminal and the platform.On the monitoring platform,the staff can clearly check the pipeline operation status,so as to monitor and process it in real time,and the location of the leakage source is located by iterative calculation of vibration signals and leakage location algorithm.In order to facilitate the inspectors to monitor and manage the equipment anytime and anywhere at work,this paper also designed a mobile phone client APP to check the monitoring data in real time and give an alarm prompt.The experimental results show that the system not only has low energy consumption and wide monitoring range,but also can monitor the operation status of buried pipelines in real time through NB-IoT wireless network.If abnormal data is found,it will immediately enter a dangerous state,and feedback and alarm can be given at the first time.It can effectively complete the monitoring and management of natural gas pipelines in real time,greatly shortening the emergency repair time of faults and ensuring the safe and stable operation of natural gas pipelines. |
