| With the prosperity of modern manufacturing industry,crane equipment has been concerned.As far as the automation degree of current workshop bridge lifting equipment is concerned,it is still at a low level.Most of them still use the remote control to control the relays and contacters in the electrical cabinet.The circuit is complex,the reliability is poor,and the equipment can not be monitored in real time to generate data,which is prone to mechanical accidents in the process of use.In order to improve the degree of crane automation,this paper takes Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the central control unit,uses PROFINET fieldbus communication technology to control the transmission function,uses Siemens G120 series variable frequency drive as the driving motor speed regulation device,introduces remote operation and maintenance technology,and constitutes a new crane control system.The introduction of controller makes the control circuitry more simple,the control interface more convenient and friendly,communication technology makes the data transmission accurate and fast,operation and maintenance more convenient.The control technology of bridge crane is mainly divided into lifting mechanism control and horizontal displacement control.The first is the horizontal displacement control.In the process of horizontal transportation,the sudden change of motion state will cause the swing phenomenon of lifting weight.In this paper,the swinging phenomenon is analyzed by Newton mechanics principle and modern control theory technology,and the operation process of crane is simulated by Simulink environment.The full-dimensional state observer and pole regulator are designed to solve the swinging phenomenon of lifting load.Secondly,the mechanical characteristics of the motor when the lifting device is working are analyzed,the reasonable lifting system control mode is designed,and the multi-section speed regulation scheme is adopted to improve the safety performance of the lifting system.In lifting machinery remote operation and maintenance application of the Internet of Things PLC cloud platform technology.According to the lifting machinery control requirements in TIA Portal software using LAD and other languages to achieve control functions,field man-machine operation interface selected WINCC configuration design.The improvement of the whole system meets the production needs of the workshop. |
