| Cutter head is a key component in the construction process of pipe jacking machine.It is located at the front end of pipe jacking machine and directly contacts with the cutting section during tunneling.The cutter head has four functions of driving construction,maintaining the stability of driving face,stirring and slag discharge.Since the driving efficiency of pipe jacking machine is greatly affected by its cutter head structure,the research on the structural design and size optimization of pipe jacking machine cutter head is of great significance to improve the construction efficiency and service life of the cutter head.In this paper,the cutter head structure of mud and water balanced pipe jacking machine is taken as the research object,and the arrangement of various cutting tools on the cutter head is determined.The opening rate of cutter head,outer diameter of cutter head,rotational speed of cutter head,earth pressure and cutting depth of cutter are determined.On the basis of force analysis of cutter head under normal working conditions,specific load calculation is carried out.According to the theory of material mechanics and elasticity mechanics,the calculation formulas of the thickness and width of outer ring of cutter head and the thickness and width of annular rib plate are derived.And the thickness and width of outer ring of cutter head,the width and thickness of annular ribs,the thickness of cutter head plate,the thickness of cutter head back plate,the angle of corbel,and the thickness of corbel were calculated,these parameters are related to the cutter head design.According to the theory of material mechanics,the strength and stiffness of cutter head structure are checked.According to the size parameters,the three-dimensional solid model of the cutter head was established,and the finite element analysis of the cutter head was carried out by Workbench.The analysis results were basically consistent with the strength and stiffness check results.According to the equivalent stress cloud map and displacement cloud map of the cutter head,the weakest position of the strength and stiffness of the cutter head was determined.Aiming at the weak link of the cutter head,the size of the outer ring and spoke of the cutter head was adjusted and the structure of the adjusted cutter head was analyzed by finite element method.Select the thickness of the outer ring for cutter head and the thickness of the spokes through the analysis results,and then the size of the cutter head was optimized to improve the strength and stiffness of the cutter head.Figure[60]Table[10]Reference[65]... |
