Abstract/Summary:
The soil pressure balance pipe jacking machine is a very important mechanical equipment in today’s trenchless technology pipe jacking construction.It can adapt to the complex working conditions of underground soil quality,and has little impact on the settlement of the surface soil.Therefore,it is widely used.Nowadays,the cutter head drive system of most pipe jacking machines is driven by multiple motors to drive spindle,but it will cause the narrow space in the pipe jacking machine.In addition,the complex underground environment is not conducive to the troubleshooting of the equipment.To solve this problem,the cutter head drive system driven by a single motor is designed in this paper.The layout of the whole system is linear and axial,which can significantly save the internal space of the pipe jacking machine.The cutter head drive system adopts a linear and axial layout,the transmission scheme of the cutter head drive system of the pipe jacking machine is determined.Then the overall thrust,dimensions and basic working parameters of the pipe jacking machine are calculated.According to the results of calculation,equipment selection for the drive motor and reducer of the cutter head drive system.Single motor drive makes the high speed output by the motor directly at the coupling,easily cause damage to the coupling.Therefore,this article design a new type of high power density coupling that can withstand the high speed.Then carry out structural design for driving spindle and new type of high power density coupling of drive system key components.And separately check the strength of the drive spindle and coupling.Perform finite element analysis on the key components of cutter head drive system for the pipe jacking machine by finite element analysis software.According to the results of static analysis,the structural weakness of the component was determined,ready for further optimization.According to the extracted results of modal analysis,verify whether the rotation frequency of the drive spindle and coupling will reach its own natural frequency.At the same time,calculate the rotation frequency of each gear in reducer and compare with the rotation frequency of the driving motor and related transmission components.So as to avoid resonance between components during equipment operation.According to the results of finite element analysis,the structure optimization is carried out for the parts of drive system that are prone to deformation and stress concentration.By changing the shaft diameter of the drive spindle,and add fillet treatment for it.Compare the deformation and stress changes before and after optimization.By changing the thickness of the curved key on the coupling and the radius of the rectangular spline,in order to obtain statics analysis results under different structure sizes.So as to select the optimal structure size.The deformation and stress value of the optimized driving spindle and coupling have been reduced.Figure[43]Table[15]Reference[60]...
