| Benefiting from the prosperity and development of social economy,people’s material living standard has been rapidly improved,and most people hope to obtain better life experience through tourism.As an important part of the process of tourism,consumers also hope that hotels can provide more quality,personality,cultural products and services to meet their aspirations for a better life.Therefore,the theme hotels with unique,experiential and cultural characteristics are favored by customers.Academic research on the theme hotel is mainly divided into two categories:one is themed culture,hotel interior design,through different cultural themes,design concepts or design style to guide the interior design of the theme hotel;Second,it focuses on the customer as the center,attaches importance to the customer experience and evaluation,studies the advantages and disadvantages of the value delivered by the enterprise from the aspects of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the enterprise,conducts data measurement through the constructed model,so as to put forward good suggestions for the business development of the enterprise.According to the theory of customer perceived value,customers’ perception and experience of theme hotels will affect their satisfaction,evaluation and loyalty to the theme hotels,which will also have a huge impact on the operation of the theme hotels.The better the customer’s perception and experience,the higher the satisfaction and loyalty to the theme hotel.Conversely,the worse the customer experience is,the lower the customer satisfaction and loyalty will be,which will also have a negative impact on the operation of the theme hotel.Therefore,this paper,based on the relevant theories of customer perception,analyzes and studies the customer perceived value of theme hotels,so as to guide the interior design of theme hotels.Through the analysis of the perceived value of theme hotels and customers,the following results are obtained:(1)customers perceive the value of theme hotels from seven dimensions,namely:functional value,safety value,emotional value,social value,cognitive value,aesthetic value,and self-actualization value;The value of these seven dimensions is manifested in three aspects:material demand,emotional demand and spiritual demand.(2)The customer perceived value of theme hotels has the characteristics of hierarchy,diversity and difference.(3)ways for customers to perceive the value of theme hotels include:theme hotel products,theme culture,space design and environmental atmosphere,theme activities,theme services,brand,technology and intelligence.(4)According to the seven dimensions of the customer’s perceived value,the design concept of each dimension in the theme hotel is proposed. |
