| In recent years due to the sea and inland waters such as development speed,power transmission cable,replacement of energy storage batteries or use the traditional power supply methods such as plug type device gradually show some disadvantages,such as using underwater interface there are expensive,complicated operation and sealing device of low reliability,such as the limited scope of activities of a series of problems.The emergence of wireless charging technology provides the possibility to solve the above problems.Wireless charging technology does not require the use of interface cables and other devices,through electromagnetic coupling can achieve the transmission of energy.Based on the principle of electromagnetic resonance radio energy transmission,this paper firstly introduces the system structure and working principle of underwater radio energy transmission,mainly including primary and secondary circuit,electromagnetic coupler and so on.Then,each component of the system is introduced according to the research content of the paper,and the following works are done for this purpose:(1)The electromagnetic coupler in the underwater radio energy transmission system is introduced in detail,and the circuit model of the electromagnetic coupler is deduced.(2)Through the COMSOL finite element simulation software,the influence of factors such as distance and position between electromagnetic couplers on mutual inductance was analyzed respectively,and the appropriate magnetic core materials and models were selected as the electromagnetic couplers.(3)The inverter circuit adopts the topological form of the double-E inverter,which can invert the input voltage into high-frequency signals to transmit to the electromagnetic coupler.The driver chip of the double-E inverter adopts high-speed driver chip,which can provide a large driving current,thus speeding up the switching speed of MOS tube.In addition,the dual E inverter can also achieve soft switch control.(4)This design adopts WIFI module for wireless communication,and monitors and adjusts some state parameter values such as voltage,current and temperature of the secondary wireless power supply equipment.(5)A complete set of underwater wireless charging system is designed,with a designed frequency of 100 K,a designed transmission distance of about 20 mm,a maximum power of 150 W and a transmission efficiency of about 70%. |
