In order to meet the actual needs of production and unloading,reinforced concrete silo was usually set to be eccentric,which had became a common phenomenon in the design and actual use of the silo.In the design of the pile foundation of the reinforced concrete silo,the influence of the lateral pressure on the silo wall and the eccentric vertical force on the pile foundation during eccentric discharge was not fully considered.At present,the existing studies mostly focused on the force of the silo wall and the flow characteristics of the grain during the unloading state,and there were few studies on the force and deformation of the pile foundation during the unloading state.In the study of the interaction of reinforced concrete silos on the foundation under eccentric unloading,combined with the analysis of silo eccentric unloading and pile-soil interaction,it had a more in-depth understanding of the eccentric unloading lower silo.The interaction mechanism of the silo on the foundation provided a reference for the pile foundation design of the eccentric unloading silo,which had academic value.In this paper,through engineering tests,the soil pressure and settlement displacement between the piles of the reinforced concrete silo discharged in the center were observed,and the load sharing by the pile and the soil and the joint action of the pile and soil were analyzed.In this paper,through engineering tests,the soil pressure and settlement displacement between the piles of the reinforced concrete silo discharged in the center are observed,and the load sharing by the pile and the soil and the joint action of the pile and soil were analyzed.It could provide a reference for the design of pile foundations in similar sites in Rizhao;using Eurocodes to calculate the lateral pressure of the silo wall during central discharge and eccentric discharge,and provide a reference for the ABAQUS finite element modeling design.Establishing a reinforced concrete silo-pile-column-soil finite element model with the aid of ABAQUS finite element software:analyzing the earth pressure,pile foundation springback and pile top reaction force during the center unloading process,and compare with the measured data to verify the objectivity and effectiveness of the model.When studying unloading with different eccentricity rates,with the increase of eccentricity,the soil pressure between piles within 0.6r from the discharge port had a downward trend;the final rebound displacement increased with the increase of eccentricity,and both are 80MN~40MN Resilience was the fastest;the pile top reaction force gradually increased;the piles closest to the discharge port and the farthest pile were affected by multiple factors,and the pile-soil interaction had complex changes.The soil pressure,pile foundation displacement and pile top reaction force different aspects. |
