| This topic is derived from the development project of a seeker servo control system.In this paper,the scheme design and hardware circuit design of the seeker servo control system are completed.Meanwhile,the FPGA interface development,commissioning and testing of the servo control system are accomplished,too.Besides,after analyzing and simulating the reflection and crosstalk in the signal integrity problem,the countermeasures are proposed and applied in the circuit design of the servo control system.First,the overall scheme of the seeker servo control system is designed according to the requirements of functions and indexes.After that,the scheme of hardware circuit design is proposed.What’s more.The load estimation,selection of key components and chips,overall circuit design and power consumption calculation are accomplished.With that,the feasibility of the scheme is verified by the design and simulation of the four control loops.Secondly,the phenomena of reflection and crosstalk in the circuit design are analyzed and simulated.First of all,the formation mechanisms of the two are analyzed through model building,and then four impedance matching schemes for suppressing reflection and four main factors affecting crosstalk are simulated.Based on the results of simulation,the specific scheme of circuit design and board-level countermeasures are proposed.Thirdly,the hardware circuit of the seeker servo control system is designed.Based on the proposed hardware circuit scheme and discussion of reflection and crosstalk,on the one hand the specific circuit of control unit,drive unit and decoding unit is designed,on the other hand the device layout and signal wiring are filled on a circular 8-layer circuit board with a diameter of 140 mm.Fourthly,the modular design and functional simulation of FPGA interface are realized.According to the types and requirements,the external interfaces are divided into 7 design modules which involving the clock division,serial communication and timing control functions.And then the three functions are simulated and verified based on the technologies such as state machine.Fifthly,the commissioning and testing of the servo control system are finished.After inspecting the circuit board,not only the commissioning of FPGA interface functions and system closed loops,but also the testing of system functions and performances are carried out in turn.The results of debugging and testing verify that the seeker servo control system can meet the requirements of functions and indexes.Finally,the project is delivered to use. |
