Study On The Evaluation System Of Urban Green Space System Under The Background Of Land And Space Planning

Urban green space system plays an important role in the construction of land and space development and protection pattern.Urban green space system evaluation is the measurement standard of urban landscaping related work,which runs through the whole process of urban green space system planning,construction and management.However,there are still many deficiencies in the current green space evaluation system and work:for example,excessive reliance on the "three indicators" leads to a single evaluation dimension;Planning management pays more attention to scale than quality,resulting in the lack of humanistic care in green space evaluation;A single quantitative index can not meet the needs of land spatial planning data platform construction,so it is imperative to build a scientific green space system evaluation index system.Firstly,this paper combs the related concepts of green space and evaluation and the function of urban green space system on the city,and collates,compares and summarizes the literature research and practice cases of urban green space system planning and evaluation at home and abroad.In the construction stage of the evaluation system of urban green space system,the construction principle and index selection method of the evaluation system are clarified,the status of green space in Licang District is determined as the evaluation target,and the influencing factors and technical indexes are selected according to the target situation.After sorting out the evaluation technical indicators of high frequency and high attention in related fields in China,they are statistically classified and included in the expert scoring table.Through expert scoring,the evaluation index system framework of urban green space system based on AHP is screened,demonstrated and determined,and the concept of each single index is defined and the application technical formula is deduced,According to the relevant national evaluation technical specifications and relevant practice,the quantitative standards of each index are determined.Construct the judgment matrix of pairwise comparison between each factor index,calculate and determine their respective weight coefficients by expert scoring data,complete the overall ranking of the evaluation system level,test the consistency of the weight ratio of each matrix,and finally complete the construction of urban green space system evaluation index system after repeated demonstration.In the part of case study,taking Licang District of Qingdao as the evaluation target,the general situation of Licang District is introduced firstly.According to the evaluation index system,the planning and management index evaluation,ecological benefit index evaluation,spatial structure index evaluation,comprehensive function index evaluation and disaster prevention index evaluation are carried out for the investigation data and data of the current situation of urban green space system in Licang District,The final score shows that the comprehensive evaluation result of the current situation of green space system in Licang District reaches the level of grade II.Then,according to the feedback of the evaluation results of various factors,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization and promotion strategies for the construction of park system,the adjustment of green space scale,the construction of green space culture and the construction of blue-green pattern.Finally,the main research results,innovation and future research and development direction of the paper are sorted out and elaborated.Through case study,the research results of this paper have the feasibility of urban green space system evaluation.I hope that through my own research,I can help improve the theoretical system construction of urban green space system planning,and provide some reference for the development of landscape greening in Licang District and the improvement of environmental quality of similar cities.
