| Now our society are gradually get into the 5G communication era,the speed of information spread is faster and faster,the promotion and application of 5G technology is becoming more and more extensive in the field of electronic communication,corresponding the requirements of the relevant electronic hardware products which used to supporting the implementation of 5G technology are also become higher and higher.S company’s wireless charging module is suitable for the new generation of 5G mobile phones,which can achieve high power and fast wireless charging function.The wireless charging module project has the characteristics of large investment,wide technical scope,high reliability requirements and uncertain return on investment,it will encounter multiple risks in many aspects in the process.So it need to use a reasonably risk analysis method to makes a detailed analysis of the project risk in the early stage.In terms of research route,this paper takes the wireless charging module project as the research object.Based on the traditional FMEA risk analysis method and the hierarchical holographic modeling method,the inherent different characteristics of the project can be fully identified from multiple perspectives,dimensions and levels,which can avoid the omission of key risk projects to the greatest extent,and lay a good foundation for the subsequent project risk analysis and response.Then this paper introduces two new aspects:risk manageability and information asymmetry.Based on the traditional RPN three-dimensional evaluation system(occurrence frequency,influence degree,detectable degree),a 5-dimensional risk evaluation index system is established.This multi-dimensional evaluation index system can more comprehensively identify and analyze the characteristics of risks.This paper mainly focuses on applied research,the specific research process is as follows:In order to improve the efficiency of project management,the first step is to use hierarchical holographic modeling ideas and methods to do a comprehensive identification of the risk,subsequent to establish suitable multi-dimensional evaluation index system for this project,and then on the basis of the features for each project risk point to analysis and calculate the specific project risk value,and then according to the project risk worth distribution set up reasonable project risk evaluation system.Finally,according to the analysis results,project expert team together provide the risk response measures and promote the implementation of the project,so that the project can be carried out smoothly. |
