Rotating machinery has become a very important part of life,widely used in production and life,National Science and technology research and other fields,rotor imbalance is the most common cause of rotating machinery failure.When rotating at high speed,even the smallest unbalanced mass will produce violent vibration,resulting in processing error,affecting production efficiency and reducing the service life of the instrument.With the improvement of product demand,the working performance and manufacturing accuracy of rotating machinery also need to be improved,Therefore,aiming at the balance problem of highprecision rotor,this thesis proposes to use dynamic balancing machine system to measure and eliminate unbalance:Firstly,the working principle of dynamic balancing is introduced,and the distinction standard between hard support and soft support dynamic balancing machine is analyzed.According to the design requirements of the dynamic balancing system,it is divided into supporting swing frame,drive and measurement module design.Selects the appropriate drive motor,supporting mode and measuring instrument,completes the overall design of the dynamic balancing device,the dynamic balancing machine system can realize the measurement and balance of rotor vibration.Secondly,The flexible member supporting pendulum frame is used for detailed analysis,and the pseudo rigid body model is applied to the structure of the supporting pendulum frame.The stability of the supporting pendulum frame is verified through the analysis of the flexible hinge.Finite element analysis is carried out on the amplifying mechanism of supporting swing frame structure,and the zoom scale is determined.According to the dynamic balance analysis and actual measurement,the natural frequency value of the supporting swing frame is obtained.The accuracy of the natural frequency results is verified by comparing the results of the three methods.Finally,the dynamic balance of the overall structure of the dynamic analysis,can get the dynamic balancing machine vibration mode and natural frequency value,and can use the hammer method to measure the actual value of the natural frequency,throught the comparison of the two results,can get accurate dynamic balancing machine system of natural frequency.The dynamic balancing experiment platform of the dynamic balancing machine system is built,and the hardware and software equipment needed for the experiment are determined.The flexible component supporting pendulum frame and the traditional supporting pendulum frame are respectively used for the dynamic balancing experiment.The test results show the advantages of the flexible component supporting pendulum frame.In a word,this thesis studies the high-precision rotor dynamic balancing machine system in detail,gives the corresponding design scheme,carries out the dynamic analysis,and verifies the rationality of the dynamic balancing machine system design through experiments,which can ensure the stable operation of the rotor when it rotates at high speed,and has obvious significance for improving the operation performance of rotating equipment.
