In the 21st century,the rapid development of Internet technology has led to a huge change in people’s behavior and needs.In essence,the meaning of physical store space has gone far beyond the definition of simple shopping,and has begun to expand to multiple functions such as leisure and entertainment,experience and interaction.Therefore,in the Internet era,based on the development of consumer behavior needs,taking commercial complex as an example to carry out research on space optimization strategies of physical stores has important theoretical significance and broad application prospects,and is also a response to the major impact and challenges brought by the Internet.The core content of this paper is to construct the theoretical framework of the optimization of physical store space with the change of consumer behavior and demand as the entry point under the background of the development of Internet technology.The author determined the significance and purpose of the research and sorted out the research framework by reading relevant literature at home and abroad.Then combined with the field and questionnaire survey,the paper summarizes the status quo,development trend and new characteristics of the physical store space,laying a practical basis for the research.On this basis,the relevant theories of consumer behavior and demand are introduced to guide the optimization strategy of physical store space.Firstly,four optimization principles are proposed.Secondly,according to the above optimization principles,the paper discusses the relationship between the physical store space and commercial complex and the interior of the physical store space from the three aspects of business layout,spatial form and functional streamline.Finally,the theoretical framework of physical store space optimization based on consumer behavior and demand is constructed through the above progressive relationship.This paper consists of four parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part(Chapter 1)defines the research object,puts forward the main research route and research framework of the paper.The second part(Chapter 2)summarizes the current situation,development trend and new characteristics of physical store space under the influence of Internet technology based on the analysis of field and questionnaire survey,which provides a real and effective basis for the research of this paper.The third part(Chapter 3)introduces relevant theories of consumer behavior and demand and excellent cases at home and abroad on the basis of the investigation of the current situation,so as to construct the theoretical framework of physical store space optimization based on consumer behavior and demand,providing theoretical support for this paper.The fourth part(Chapter 4 and chapter 5),under the guidance of theoretical framework,firstly,puts forward four optimization principles for physical store space;Secondly,according to the above optimization principles,the paper discusses the relationship between physical store space and commercial complex and the interior of physical store space from the three aspects of business layout,spatial form and functional streamline.Finally,empirical research is carried out based on the case. |
