The developmental works in the 13 th Five-Year Plan period has significantly promoted the power network of C City in the terms of structure,capacity,and reliability.With the development of the economy society and the deepening of urbanization construction,people’s living standards remarkably rises.However,the unbalance between supply and demand of the electrical power appears gradually.As a rapidly development area of C City,a reasonable power network planning of Residential Zone and Development Zone will advance economy of C City,and enhance people`s sense of happiness,which also create conditions for economic and society development of C City during 14 th Five-Year Plan period.The thesis takes Residential Zone and Development Zone of C City for example,combining with the economic development rate and power network operation,scientifically analyze the power network of Residential Zone and Development Zone of C City through different voltages,so as to make sure three problems.They respectively are the insufficient capacity of substation,irrational supply area and weak structure of power network.On the basis of Large User Prediction Method and Regression Analysis Prediction Method,the thesis extrapolates the load forecast from 2020 to 2025.The regular Voronoi Diagram Theory is chosen to predict the number and capacity of the substation transformer,then simulate the location of the substation in a software.According to the geographical situation,the optimal location of substation site and power supply area are obtained,then the cost of substation construction is approximated.Finally,in accordance with data above,power network structure is formed and drawn,policy suggestions during the power network construction period and social benefits after the power network construction are given as well.
