| The prefabricated building is a major reform of the construction method.Compared with the traditional construction method,it has a brand-new development concept and management mode.At present,the development of prefabricated buildings in our country is in its infancy.The participants in prefabricated buildings cannot fully adapt to this change.This leads to a disconnect between design,component production and construction and installation,and various management elements are in a fragmented state,which seriously affects assembly The engineering quality of modular buildings hinders the sustainable and healthy development of prefabricated buildings.In this context,this article studies how the investment and development subjects,R&D and design subjects,component production subjects,and construction and installation subjects participating in the construction of prefabricated buildings can collaborate and establish a collaborative mechanism during the construction phase,which will have important theoretical significance and application value.First,combining the current research status at home and abroad and the connotation of the prefabricated building and synergy theory,the composition of the multi-agent collaborative system in the prefabricated building construction process is defined,and the characteristics of causal feedback in system dynamics are used to analyze the willingness of each subject to participate in collaboration;The method of document identification is used to explore the influencing factors of multi-agent collaboration in the construction process of prefabricated buildings in my country,and based on the literature identification results and the analysis of collaboration willingness,taking into account the urgent problems faced by the participating entities,from organizational collaboration,information collaboration and benefit collaboration The logical framework of the collaborative system is established in three dimensions.Secondly,using the evolutionary game theory,by comparing the changes in the cooperative willingness selection of cooperative units under the supervision of the leading unit,the organization cooperation model suitable for the collaborative development of each participant is proposed;according to the information transmission of each participant of the prefabricated building at different stages Process,analyze the functional requirements of participants for the collaboration platform,design a multi-agent information collaboration platform architecture that includes both a data model and an evaluation system,and provide data references for the benefit distribution process;sort out the interest expression forms of the participants in the prefabricated building,Game theory determines the method and process of benefit distribution,determines the influencing factors of multi-agent benefit distribution through the contribution of participating subjects,and establishes a multi-agent benefit distribution model.Finally,an actual prefabricated construction engineering case is selected for empirical analysis,and the rationality of the organization,information and benefit coordination mechanism of the participants in the project construction process is verified,and it provides reference and reference for the multi-agent collaborative cooperation model. |
