New energy electric vehicles control the power battery according to the Battery Management System(BMS)to improve battery performance.The collection of battery state parameters is significant to the research of BMS.Traditional collection methods require specialists to visit the actual vehicle site.The battery data obtained is offline.Regarding the issue above,A set of BMS remote monitoring system based on Cat.1 network based on the research status of domestic and foreign is designed.According to the demand analysis of the system,the overall scheme of the electric vehicle BMS remote monitoring system is designed.The system is composed of two parts:the data remote transmission terminal Cat.1 DTU and the remote monitoring center.The remote terminal realizes the communication with the BMS through the CAN bus communication protocol,and it controls the Cat.1 module through serial communication to send the processed data to the remote monitoring center.The monitoring center analyzes,displays,analyzes and stores the received data packets according to the J1939 protocol.Secondly,the remote transmission terminal software and hardware are designed.In terms of hardware design,the automotive-grade chip microcontroller is as the core,the selection of various components and circuit diagrams are designed,including the smallest single-chip microcomputer system,CAN bus communication and Cat.1 communication and other hardware Modular design.In terms of software,it uses Codewarrior software to design the remote transmission terminal software,It completes the program designs including CAN communication,Cat.1 communication,4G data and CAN data format conversion.Finally,the remote monitoring center uses the virtual instrument tool Lab VIEW,which not only obtains the battery operating state parameters from the BMS in real time,but also analyzes and stores the data.It applies the adaptive extended Kalman filter algorithm based on multiple innovations to estimate the state of charge(SOC)of the battery.Through experimental tests,the function of the BMS remote monitoring system which is designed has reached the preliminary expectations.Figure 39;Table 15;Reference 47...
