Steel slag is a waste.my country’s annual output is about 100 million tons.Its low utilization rate causes waste.The use of steel slag pile composite foundation can solve this problem.In the composite foundation studied in this subject,the pile body uses steel slag as the aggregate and mineral powder as the cementing material to study the bearing behavior of the steel slag pile composite foundation.The content is:The geometric similarity ratio is 1:10.Two sets of model tests have been completed to study the bearing characteristics of the steel slag pile composite foundation.Finite element software is used to study the effect of cushion layer elastic modulus,cushion layer thickness,pile elastic modulus and seismic wave action on its bearing characteristics.Results: The model test Q-S curves are all steep drop.The settlement of group pile composite foundation is smaller than single pile composite foundation,and the pile-soil stress ratio is larger.As the pile length increases,the settlement of the composite foundation decreases and the pile-soil stress ratio increases.As the elastic modulus of the cushion increases,the settlement of the composite foundation decreases,and the pile-soil stress ratio and the pile top reaction force increase;as the thickness of the cushion increases,the settlement of the composite foundation increases,and the pile-soil stress ratio increases with the pile-soil stress ratio.The top reaction force decreases;with the increase of the elastic modulus of the pile,the settlement of the composite foundation decreases,and the pile-soil stress ratio and the pile top reaction force increase.Under the action of seismic waves,the horizontal displacement and acceleration of the composite foundation are smaller than those of the natural foundation.The horizontal displacement and acceleration of the shallow part of the composite foundation are both maximum,and the pile shear stress reaches the maximum at a depth of 0~1m.The bearing characteristics of steel slag pile composite foundation are close to those of CFG pile composite foundation,and steel slag pile composite foundation can be used to reinforce the area suitable for CFG pile composite foundation work.This research can provide a theoretical basis for the popularization of steel slag pile composite foundation.Figure 62;Table 14;Reference 51...
