| With the continuous development and progress of science,the power supply reliability of the power grid has become one of the important focuses of people’s attention because of its importance,especially the distribution system at the end of the power grid system,which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of power supply,improving the service life of distribution network and strengthening the capacity of modernization.Based on this,this paper comprehensively analyzes the elements that affect the power supply reliability of the distribution network,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Firstly,this paper describes the basic concept of distribution network and power supply reliability evaluation index,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of analytical method,simulation method and artificial intelligence algorithm mainly used in traditional literature,and compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of analytical method,simulation method,artificial intelligence algorithm and other evaluation methods;secondly,it analyzes the influence elements of power supply reliability of distribution network from multiple angles and comprehensively,and makes a comprehensive analysis In terms of the same influencing factors,the advantages,disadvantages and differences of the three algorithms are compared respectively,and the main influencing indicators are extracted from different influencing factors,and all indicators are analyzed by principal component analysis in regression analysis,combined with weight analysis method to optimize the indicators;then on the basis of considering different influencing factors,BP neural network algorithm is used to optimize the indicators and genetic optimization BP neural network(GA-BP)algorithm to evaluate and calculate the power supply reliability of Tieling Distribution Network.Based on the sample data of Tieling Power Supply Bureau,two kinds of distribution network reliability prediction models are established respectively.The simulation results show that the two algorithms can evaluate the power supply reliability of the distribution network,but the evaluation results and prediction accuracy of the GA-BP algorithm are better Finally,according to the analysis of the power supply reliability of the distribution network,the paper puts forward some targeted improvement measures for the construction,planning and development of Tieling Distribution Network,hoping to become an effective reference for power supply enterprises to improve the reliability of distribution network. |
