| As my country enters the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,low-carbon,green,and environmental protection have long become the consensus of the whole,and the problem of energy consumption has become increasingly prominent.Building energy consumption,which accounts for 30% of the country’s total energy consumption,is still growing.The problem of building energy consumption needs to be solved urgently.At present,the state has begun to vigorously strengthen the statistical work on building energy consumption.In 2018,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development began to conduct surveys and statistics on the energy consumption of civil buildings in106 cities,and the research work on building energy consumption was gradually carried out.BIM technology is one of the important technologies for studying the construction industry.Therefore,combined with BIM technology,it is possible to analyze and simulate the energy consumption of buildings in a clear and detailed manner.The BIM operation and maintenance management system established by the use of BIM technology is of great significance in the application of energy consumption management.This paper investigates the literature of BIM technology and its application at home and abroad,understands the applicable fields and characteristics of BIM technology,and describes the five aspects of BIM operation and maintenance management system: space,assets,maintenance,public safety and energy consumption.In terms of energy consumption,it focuses on the various indicators that affect energy consumption,and establishes a hierarchical structure model based on 12 energy consumption indicators,and uses AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to analyze,and then the 12 indicators are carried out according to the degree of importance.Sort,select8 more important indicators as the input data of the BP neural network,and complete the training of the BP neural network in combination with the known energy consumption evaluation results.Finally,a residential building in Changchun City is used as a case to establish a BIM energy consumption model based on local meteorological data,building structure and corresponding energy consumption parameters,and verify the evaluation results by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory. |
