| A modern management system of building electrical equipment can effectively improve the management level and management efficiency of operation and maintenance stage.However,most of the equipment management modes in China are still backward.Failure to apply the BIM model of the project design phase and construction phase to the field of equipment management.The storage of equipment information by paper data or different document data can not meet the functional requirements of operation and maintenance decision,information transmission,maintenance management and fault prediction.Moreover,traditional management methods can not realize the visualization of equipment,rapid location of equipment and other operations.Therefore,this paper constructs a building electrical equipment management system based on BIM,which is applied to the information integration function of BIM,integrates valuable information in the design stage and construction stage of the project,which is convenient for managers to find and make operation and maintenance decision-making based on it.In the equipment management module,the system uses ODBC data source and Revit DB Link plug-in can realize bidirectional interaction and update of BIM model and database information: BIM information can be imported into database,but also changed equipment attribute information in BIM model on browser side;The system uses Web GL technology to realize the visualization of BIM model,so that any user can view the building electrical equipment in the browser and locate the equipment quickly;The maintenance management module of the system can realize the function of fault report,maintenance information view and equipment status prediction,and the equipment status prediction function is the core of the module.Through the monitoring device to monitor a certain parameter of the electrical equipment of the important node,and use the monitoring data to reliably predict the operation status of the electrical equipment,and display the prediction results in the system,which is convenient for the maintenance personnel and management personnel to make maintenance plans and maintenance programs.This design adopts the B/S architecture,uses the integrated development platform Eclipse,the development environment JDK8,the Java development language and the open source database My SQL,and combines the system’s functional requirements analysis and overall framework design to complete the development and testing of the system,and the operation interface and function of the system are shown. |
