With the in-depth promotion of "made in China 2025" and other national manufacturing power strategies,industrial Internet,cloud computing,edge computing and artificial intelligence have been gradually applied in the industry,and equipment monitoring technology is also developing in the direction of digitization and intelligence.As a new computing architecture,edge computing provides a new technology for device monitoring by cooperating with cloud computing and artificial intelligence.This thesis will combine the monitoring needs of ship equipment,comprehensively use lightweight virtualization,data transmission and processing,and software development technologies,design and develop the equipment intelligent monitoring system.The main research work includes:Firstly,the basic principle of equipment intelligent monitoring is described,and the overall design of equipment intelligent monitoring system based on edge computing is carried out.From the structural level,it is divided into equipment layer,data layer,platform layer,mechanism layer,function layer and interaction layer.From the technical architecture,it is divided into equipment field,intelligent edge terminal and cloud computing center.At the same time,a three-layer logical architecture of intelligent edge terminal is proposed,which is suitable for edge computing scene,namely edge infrastructure layer,edge platform layer and edge software layer.Secondly,based on the raspberry pie development board with arm as the core,the intelligent edge terminal is designed to provide the underlying resources and environment for the development of edge computing applications;Based on docker virtualization technology,the development and deployment process of containerized application is designed to provide a containerized edge computing platform for equipment intelligent monitoring system;At the same time,the function of the device intelligent monitoring system software based on the intelligent edge terminal is designed,and the main function requirements of the system are met through five functional modules: real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis,life prediction,data management and user management.Realize the use of edge computing technology to provide intelligent monitoring of ship equipment.Then,after the monitoring data is collected and transmitted by MODBUS technology,the database is designed in the intelligent edge terminal to store the monitoring data,and the monitoring data is preprocessed and feature extracted to realize the data processing of the system edge terminal,and the training and application process of algorithm model based on cloud edge collaborative framework is studied.Finally,the raspberry pie development board is used to develop the intelligent edge terminal,and the equipment intelligent monitoring system software is deployed to the intelligent edge terminal to realize the system real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis,life prediction,data management and other functions.At the same time,the hydraulic test bench is selected to test the application of the system to verify the applicability and reliability of the system.
