With the continuous expansion of the port scale and the continuous improvement of mechanization,the production and operating environment of the port has become more and more complicated.There are hidden safety hazards around areas such as machine rooms,construction sites and traffic roads,which makes the port face increasing challenges in safety supervision.The video surveillance system is one of the safety supervision methods of the port.The current supervision method still requires 24 hours of manual viewing of surveillance videos to prevent abnormal situations.In order to reduce the cost of port security management,it has become a new management trend to use artificial intelligence,machine vision and other technologies to intelligently identify surveillance videos to achieve security management.However,the current research on port intelligent video surveillance systems is still in the modular stage,and few people have proposed systematic solutions.Therefore,the research work of this article is as follows:This article designed a port video cloud brain platform.The platform uses Cloud Brain as the data processing center,which can realize the intelligent identification and supervision of port’s multiple key monitoring areas.Considering the wide distribution of port monitoring equipment,the cloud-based centralized processing architecture has deficiencies in data transmission,delay,and application scalability,an edge intelligent monitoring system is designed for the cloud brain platform,which is distributed around the monitoring area provide users with nearby intelligent services,greatly reduces the dependence of data on the cloud brain.In addition,the platform has also designed a blockchain identity authentication system to provide a guarantee for the secure access of a large number of terminal devices.On the edge intelligent monitoring system,the unattended machine room anti-intrusion system,the reflective helmet wearing recognition system,the vehicle retrograde detection system,the driver fatigue driving warning system and the duty room personnel on-duty monitoring system are designed for multiple key monitoring areas of the port.The above systems are deployed around the monitoring area and are responsible for the intelligent identification and supervision of video in the monitoring area.When an abnormal situation is detected,the alarm information will be uploaded to the cloud brain platform,making the port safety supervision more timely and intelligent.The above system is tested in real scenes,and it meets the real-time and accurate detection requirements in practical applications.In the blockchain identity authentication system,it combines the advantages of the consortium chain’s non-authorized access and the high efficiency of smart contracts,by writing smart contracts and deploying them on the consortium chain,provide equipment with identity authentication,identity query and identity revocation functions.The system realizes two-way identity authentication between devices.The system can resist forgery attacks,power abuse,and single-point failure,and has higher privacy protection capabilities compared with traditional Io T device identity authentication schemes.
